-Former US President Donald Trump has officially been charged with 34 counts of falsifying business documents during his Manhattan arraignment. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
-CEO of JP Morgan Chase Jamie Dimon suggested during an interview that the fallout of the March banking crisis will be experienced for years to come.
-The Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 all close the session down.

-Social media platform TikTok has been fined £12.7 million by a UK watchdog for ‘misusing children’s data’.
-Former Chancellor Nigel Lawson has passed away aged 91, Lawson is most known for his eight years of service under conservative Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
-British Entrepreneur Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group has announced the bankruptcy of Virgin Orbit, the groups cost effective satellite launch venture, after only six years of business.
